Fractional Ownership (Co-Ownership) Fractional Ownership has owned an asset or property with other Co-owners. Each Co-owner owns a fraction of the asset or property. As a Fractional Owner, you may transfer, will, or sell your specific fraction or interest on the property to another, the same as you would do as a whole property owner.
