It is managed and maintained by the developer and not intended as a Community Clubhouse.  It is a PAY PER USE in all the facilities in the Clubhouse.

Tamarind is not being an amenity of Porto Laiya, homeowners do not have to assume the additional burden of maintaining the facilities of a beach resort over the long term. This also saves them the cost of being charged more on monthly association dues. But all Lot Owners are open free to use the beach area.  Lot owner had their Community Clubhouse with a basketball court.
